IT Systems Engineer

Job Description We are looking for IT Systems Engineer to join a fast pace fintech organization in the payment processing domain. The successful candidate will handle diverse tasks and projects essential to the company's success. You'll collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Corporate IT teams. The role requires proficiency with various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), embracing cloud-first strategies, automation, and supporting a variety of SaaS offerings to maintain user productivity. Required Skills & Experience

• End user support – Mac, Windows, Linux OS
• SSO configuration and management – Okta
• Cloud computing – AWS and/or Azure
• MDM – Jamf, Kandji
• Google workspace
• Network troubleshooting – Wifi, VPN, IP

What You Will Be Doing Tech Breakdown

• Supporting Corporate IT (non-technical users)
• Supporting Engineering teams (Software development, Platform, Security)

Daily Responsibilities
