Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Full Stack developer who’s passionate about creating high quality digital products to join the team. This is a full time, 5 days on site position in the heart of downtown Toronto.

We are a software design and development shop contributing to various companies’ success by working with a wide range of industries and technologies. While client engagement plays an important role, great communication is at the forefront of the chosen candidates’ skillset. This position is a great opportunity for individuals who are interested in growing into a leadership role and believe in creating digital experience’s catered towards improving people’s lives.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Computer Science and Engineering degree
  • Senior Software Engineer (9+ Years of Experience)
  • React, Next.js, React Native, iOS, Android, Node.js

What You Will Be Doing
  • You’ll work alongside managers to develop growth plans, provide feedback and mentorship to developers and contribute to end-of-year reviews
  • You’ll discuss platform capabilities that will be used in the product design
  • You’ll contribute expertise and decision-making concerning database design and applications architecture design
  • You’ll be creating and managing full-featured responsive web and/or native applications
  • You’ll play a crucial role in the organization of mentors and developers
  • Through best practice communication, you’ll help support sales/technology consulting with clients
Tech Breakdown
  • 50% Front-end development
  • 50% Back-end development

The Offer
  • $100,000k – 125,000k
You will receive the following benefits:
