Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Engineer (Toronto Healthtech)

A Toronto healthtech company is in serious growth mode after their last round of funding and is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to their team. With a simple telemedicine platform this company is aiming to make healthcare more accessible to everyone by providing Health Canada approved medications to their users.

In this role you’ll have a chance to work on both the patient and physician sides of the platform to develop streamlined solutions. You’ll work closely with a tight knit tech team to create reliable and user friendly software that helps to make a real difference in the lives of Canadians. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience working with Ruby on Rails
• Strong experience working with modern JavaScript technologies (preferably React)
• Prior experience working in a startup or healthtech environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
• Cloud experience is a big plus
• A passion for developing software that makes a difference

• 50% Front End (React)
• 50% Back End (Ruby on Rails)
