Embedded Engineering Manager

Job Description A growing engineering company in the Greater Tulsa area is hiring an Engineering Manager to one of their teams. This is an exciting role for someone who has experience in embedded/firmware, mechanical, or hardware/electrical, and wants to dispense that knowledge and experience to a team. You would be responsible for new and exciting product lines as well.

The ideal candidate will have experience running cross-functional engineering teams, managing multiple products, and working with stakeholders.

• Prior engineering management experience
• Experience with mentorship and conducting performance reviews
• Previous professional experience within an engineering vertical
• Excellent written and oral communication skills – working with stakeholders, etc.
• BS degree, MBA or Master’s preferred

Desired Skills & Experience

• Embedded/firmware experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, etc. experience
