They are looking for a QA Manager who thrives in a fast paced and collaborative environment to oversee and lead their team of 8 QA engineers. Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years in engineering, preferably QA/Automation
- 3+ years in a lead or management role
- Strong understanding of automation and implementing automation frameworks
- Strong understanding of SDLC testing, design, and Agile best practices
- Experience with scripting in C# or Java
- Experience with API and Load Testing
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to identify areas of improvement in environments, processes, employee and team performance, etc.
- Strong leadership skills to training, motivating, mentoring, and developing team skills and standards
- Experience with end to end testing
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related
