A new and unique B2B eCommerce offering has created the leading platform for branded resale, with an underlying mission is to change consumer behavior for the better, in hopes to downtick the amount of consumer waste in the clothing/ fashion industry. Currently, the organization is seeking someone with minimum 6+ YOE in a technical capacity, ideally coming from a SaaS commercial application product development background but is eager to work directly with our largest enterprise customers and lead customer discovery, platform customization and systems integrations through implementation and beyond...
Within this role the Solutions Architect you will leverage your technical chops and creative problem-solving abilities to craft a vision for how the platform and services will enable brands to launch innovative and unique circular programs. You will lead the cross-functional effort of deploying and implementing the signature platform while solving new requirements and exceeding customer expectations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of professional development experience and the past 3-4 years of which in a more client-facing technical role, leading technical projects and/or managing accounts in an enterprise environment
- Background working within B2B or B2B2C SaaS product shops with complex, technical implementations
- Track record of working directly with external customers, lead client discussions, problem solve in real time and influence stakeholder decisions
Desired Skills & Experience
- Partnering on or along-side commercial teams to drive customer success and growth outcomes a plus
Daily Responsibilities
- Helm customer discoveries and develop implementation strategies based on requirements gathered and work with Product & Engineering to set plans and timelines against customer outcomes
- Leverage your technical background to overcome complexities and design highly customized solutions for customers leveraging all aspects of our circular technology platform
- Proctor delivery of high quality outcomes while maintaining timelines, identifying risks and collaborating cross-functionally to find resolutions
