Our client is looking to hire an IT-Manager who will be responsible for managing multiple data applications. This is a non-profit company who is known for high quality performance in promoting trust within the capital market space. This role is full-time and will be hybrid in nature. They are in Washington, DC.
In this position you will oversee overseeing enhancements and configuration using Salesforce. You will work closely with executives on best practices and develop workflows, reports, and dashboards. You will lead from the front and can make high level decisions in real time to enhance the quality of data governance frameworks within the organization.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 or more years of experience managing CRM’s (Salesforce)
- Experience with day to day IT support
- Understanding of quality assurance best practices
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS
- Bachelor’s degree in Info Tech, Computer Science, or a related field.
- CCMP certification
- Management experience
- Experience training other technical employees on best practices
