Platform SRE/ Waterloo

Join a high-impact team as a Site Reliability Engineer, responsible for leading the reliability strategy behind cloud-native systems in a multi-cloud environment. With services deployed across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud (Kubernetes), you’ll design resilient, secure, and scalable infrastructure that can withstand heavy load and rapid growth.

You’ll guide engineering teams in adopting best practices, take ownership of production health and observability, and proactively mitigate vulnerabilities. This role includes mentoring fellow SREs, managing infrastructure as code, and participating in on-call rotations to keep systems performant and reliable. This org is building the future in a hybrid environment in their K-W office.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience leading SRE projects
• Extensive Kubernetes architectural experience
• Strong understanding of Terraform provisioning
• Ownership of Monitoring and Observability solutions

Desired Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of Container Security/Container Networking
• Previous work history with Product-based organization as SRE/Platform Engineer

Daily Responsibilities

• 70% Hands-On
• 30% Team Collaboration
