Oracle Development Manager

We are looking for an Oracle Manager to join a National leader in the distributor of shipping, packaging, and industrial supplies. In this role you’ll manage a development team while still being hands on in architecture and development to support Oracle EBS users internally.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Oracle development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud applications is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of database architecture, performance tuning, and security best practices.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Implement best practices for coding, testing, and deployment to enhance development efficiency and maintain code quality.
• Identify and resolve technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and system vulnerabilities.
• Manage relationships with Oracle users ensuring optimal use of tools and technologies.
