Our client is a stable and growing provider of Communications and Cable Construction services throughout the Southern California region and beyond. They continually look for talented leaders with opportunity and ability to grown and expand.

As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of Cable Television /Telecommunications infrastructure projects. This role requires you to manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. You will coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction management, preferably within the cable or telecommunications industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale infrastructure projects successfully.
    Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Proficient in project management software and construction management tools.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines. 
What You Will Be Doing
  • Oversee and provide leadership to all construction managers in Southern California.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to ensure on-time and within budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to align objectives, milestones, and timelines.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, safety regulations, and quality guidelines.
  • Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving measures to achieve profitability targets.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing updates, addressing concerns, and fostering strong relationships for satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Lead project review meetings, support client visits, and manage communications to maintain project alignment.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to keep projects on track.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Provide regular updates to management on project performance, status, and key metrics.
