This role is Onsite in West Palm Beach, Florida
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience
- Strong field experience in HVAC and refrigeration
- EPA Certified and Universal License
- Truly understand in-depth details of each store's analytical and functional data
Breakdown
- Pinpoint and resolve issues by replacing faulty components across various equipment types.
- Visit multiple client locations each day to provide service.
- Complete and submit paperwork, and coordinate parts requests with the parts department.
- Execute safe and timely repairs on compressors, water pumps, air handlers, and control systems.
- Perform maintenance and repairs on refrigeration, heating, and ventilation systems, ensuring all tasks are done efficiently and safely.
- Accurately log all service activities, including repairs and maintenance.
- Participate in an on-call schedule for emergency service.
- Manage a specific territory, ensuring it meets the company’s financial goals.
- Supervise the regular maintenance schedules for assigned accounts.
- Ensure accurate inventory management.
- Handle all aspects of service documentation, billing, and parts ordering.
- Keep the service vehicle in top condition.
- Report directly to the supervisor.
- Commit to ongoing training and professional development.
