Job Description
Are you a motivated sales professional looking for a role where you can make an impact on one of the world’s leading providers of compliance solutions? This opportunity allows you to sell a mix of technology-based solutions and outsourcing services while being mentored by senior sales reps. You will train for multiple business units, and ultimately find your fit in their environment. Whether that is business development or account relationships, you will really get to hone in on your individual skill set. They are looking for someone with at least 2+ years’ experience in this field who lives in Northern Delaware.
This is a hybrid role based in Northern Delaware, where the team is highly collaborative, and you’ll have access to extensive training, marketing support, and a strong brand name in the industry. This job offers room to grow and get commission from day one. If you want to grow your business skills, meet with clients and build your own book of business, this role is for you.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in sales role or equivalent (relationship building, understanding of pipelines, etc.)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to engage with clients
- Full sales cycle experience (owning process from prospecting to closing deals)
- BA in computer science, MIS, or related field
- Experience in service-based sales
