Job Summary: As an ERP Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our ERP system to ensure it meets the needs of our business. You will leverage your expertise in Salesforce architecture to enhance system functionality, support seamless integration between ERP and Salesforce platforms, and develop ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using Python.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Development: Design, develop, test, and implement ERP solutions tailored to our legal processes and requirements.
• Salesforce Integration: Utilize your Salesforce architecture background to integrate Salesforce with our ERP system, ensuring data consistency and streamlined processes.
• ETL Development: Develop and manage ETL processes using Python to extract, transform, and load data between various systems, including ERP and Salesforce.
• System Optimization: Analyze and optimize existing ERP and Salesforce processes to improve performance, efficiency, and user experience.
• Custom Solutions: Create custom ERP modules, reports, and dashboards to address specific needs within the legal industry.
• Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues related to ERP, Salesforce systems, and ETL processes, including bugs, performance issues, and integration challenges.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for ERP systems, ETL processes, including design specifications, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, legal, and operations to gather requirements and ensure successful system integration and deployment.
• Training: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective use of ERP, Salesforce, and ETL systems.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an ERP Developer, with a strong background in Salesforce architecture and ETL development using Python.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning), and ETL development with Python.
• Integration Expertise: Demonstrated experience integrating ERP systems with Salesforce, including data migration, API usage, and custom development.
• ETL Expertise: Strong experience in developing ETL processes using Python, including data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Architect) are a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with legal industry requirements and ERP solutions tailored to legal practices.
