An industry leader in cloud infrastructure and security solutions is hiring a Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to spearhead the development and execution of their IAM strategy. This is a critical leadership role, requiring deep expertise in IAM frameworks, security protocols, and compliance standards. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of strategic vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive innovation and ensure the organization’s security posture.
This role offers the opportunity to lead and define the IAM strategy for an organization operating at the cutting edge of cloud infrastructure and security. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll guide a high-performing team while partnering with the Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Key Management Service (KMS) teams. Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in designing and implementing security solutions, with a focus on IAM.
- Expertise in Privileged Access Management (PAM), Identity Governance, Directory Services, PKI/KMS, authentication, and authorization for internal and external use cases.
- Proven ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in creating product designs, architecture blueprints, strategies, and roadmaps.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Experience leading IAM initiatives in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and automation for IAM optimization.
- Strong mentorship and leadership skills, with experience guiding junior team members.
- Knowledge of emerging IAM threats, technologies, and trends.

Daily Responsibilities:
- 50% Leading IAM Strategy and Technical Teams
- 30% Partnering with PKI/KMS and Engineering Teams
- 20% Developing and Optimizing IAM Policies and Automation
