Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in cybersecurity roles.
• Hands-on experience with IAM, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, and Security Operations.
• Familiarity with frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, and HIPAA.
• Conducting SOC2 audits and working in FDA-regulated industries.
Desired Skills & Experience
• Experience in IAM, Network Security, Risk & Compliance, and Security Operations.
• Proficiency with firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and EDR tools.
• Conducting risk assessments and ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
• Secure coding, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments.
• Managing security incidents and developing response plans
What You Will Be Doing
Tech Breakdown:
• Firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, IAM platforms, EDR solutions, vulnerability management tools.
• ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2.
• VPNs, network segmentation, intrusion detection/prevention systems.
• Experience with any Cloud Service Provider (Azure Preferred)
• Python, PowerShell, Bash (preferred).
Daily Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions.
• Monitor and enhance network defenses, including firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
• Investigate and respond to security incidents, creating detailed action plans.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and prepare for audits.
