Cybersecurity Management Specialist IV (ISSM)

A long-standing, woman-owned IT consulting firm is hiring a senior Cybersecurity Management Specialist to serve as the contractor ISSM supporting ATEC. This role owns ATO packages end to end for multiple systems, ensuring RMF compliance across open and closed networks. You will lead contractor ISSOs, manage eMASS at the control and CCI level, and work directly with government ISSMs and authorizing officials to drive approvals through the Control Approval Chain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of DoD cybersecurity / RMF experience

• Proven ownership of full ATO packages (SSP, system categorization, POA&Ms, artifacts)

• Hands-on experience with eMASS and NIST 800-53

• Prior ISSM or senior ISSO leadership experience

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Active Secret clearance
