Lead GenAI Engineer

We are searching for an experienced engineer who can build, deploy, and support GenAI applications. In this position you will be working in a large enterprise environment with a network of engineers, architects, and business users, both guiding junior engineers and hands-on building AI solutions, from inception to POCs to full releases.
Candidates must have prior experience building and deploying AI applications (GenAI or Agentic), and have a fundamental understanding of a variety of AI domains including model design & training, data analytics, prompting, vector Databases, RAG, AI Infrastructure (ML pipelines), and research/trends. You should also understand CNNs and be comfortable working in a cloud-hosted environment. A background in Machine Learning, software engineering, or classic data science is preferred.
This is a hybrid position in Addison, TX

• 8+ years of experience in a relevant field (Machine Learning, AI, Data Science, etc)
