Software Engineering Manager

We're working with a mission-driven research and consulting organization based in Alexandria, VA that specializes in human capital management and organizational effectiveness. This is a full-time, onsite Software Engineering Manager role, where you'll lead a team building secure cloud-based applications, often supporting Department of Defense (DoD) programs.

You’ll manage 8–12 developers across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and planning through deployment, while ensuring code quality, security, and compliance with federal standards.
