A well-known energy and utilities company in the Alpharetta area is experiencing a growth spurt. They are looking for a motivated network engineer who is ready to take advantage of a dynamic growth opportunity. Our client is looking for an IT Service Desk Manager to join their team full-time and in their Alpharetta office daily.

As a new team member, you will be directly managing a team of 4 for their support and services department. This will include networking projects, technical support, and client-facing projects. You will be leading the department and expected to execute needs in real time for their customers. A strong application will have a networking background and knowledge of Azure/ Microsoft basic applications/services. Required Skills & Experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in a technical software support role
  • Strong knowledge of Azure cloud and fundamentals
  • VOIP equipment support experience.
  • Expert skillset using Microsoft applications (PowerBI, Teams, Excel, PowerApps, etc.)
  • Problem-solver and solutions-based mindset
  • Proven leadership experience

Desired Skills & Experience
  • BS in Computer Science
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to commute to Alpharetta office daily
  • MTA: Network Fundamentals Certification
  • Comptia A+ certification
