Support Systems Lead/ HelpDesk

We’re hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen identity management and automation practices across our IoT infrastructure.

This role requires deep operational experience with Okta, including user provisioning, access policies, and federated authentication for device and service layers. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential, particularly for automating identity governance workflows and integrating third-party services. Familiarity with M365 and Entra ID is expected for environment-wide access control and audit readiness.

Candidates should have experience in IoT ecosystems or distributed device networks where access integrity, device identity, and user authentication directly affect system resilience and security posture. SQL troubleshooting skills are required for data flow validation, reporting, and identity mapping across platforms.

This position offers the chance to shape access architecture across a large, dynamic IoT fleet—improving security, scalability, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-On Okta projects
• Azure Monitoring proficiency
• Strong Windows systems background-M365, Powershell
• Hands-on experience in AKS environment
