Application Support Engineer

This client’s goal is to help businesses make the most of its energy and resources to become more sustainable and efficient overall. Their DevSecOps Team is part of the Internet of Things and Digital division that contributes to their digital strategy by creating new business and technology capabilities to develop IoT offers and grow digital services.

The client is hiring for an Application Support Engineer that can provide cloud support and incident management for their customers to ensure satisfaction and improve relationships with their users. Cloud computer skills and strong customer service skills are required. This is a long term contract position. This is a hybrid position.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of Application/Cloud Support experience (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Experience cloud computing
• Experience with Enterprise Support
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong communication skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with ITIL framework
• Experience with IoT problematics
• Experience with Cloud PaaS/IaaS/SaaS environments
