Cloud Support Engineer

$35/hr - $50/hr
This client uses an IoT device to track data of energy use to help businesses become more energy efficient. They are hiring for a Cloud Support Engineer that can join their Customer Success Unit team. This team focuses on end user support, incident management, problem management, and service management. Their ultimate goal is to improve relationships with users and improve customer experience.
They need someone with previous cloud support experience and excellent customer service skills. Azure experience is preferred, but they are open to anyone with strong cloud support skills. The ideal candidate will have previous IoT experience and ITIL framework experience. This is a long term contract position. This is a hybrid position.
- 3+ years of Cloud Support experience (Azure preferred)
- ITIL framework
- Familiarity with IoT problematics
- Familiarity with Cloud PaaS/IaaS/SaaS environments
- Experience in a customer facing support role
- Strong communication skills
