As part of the Data Engineering team, you’ll help modernize and scale their enterprise data platform using Informatica Intelligent Data Management Cloud (IDMC).

What You’ll Do
  • Build and maintain data pipelines and integration workflows using Informatica IDMC

  • Work closely with business analysts and data architects to transform business requirements into technical solutions

  • Support the migration of legacy ETL processes to cloud-native Informatica IDMC services

  • Ensure data quality, lineage, and governance standards are maintained across platforms

  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to support analytics and reporting needs

What We’re Looking For
  • 3–6 years of data engineering or ETL development experience

  • Hands-on expertise with Informatica IDMC / Cloud Data Integration

  • Strong SQL skills and familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL)

  • Understanding of data modeling, data quality, and metadata management

  • Comfortable working onsite in Andover, MA 4–5 days a week

  • Strong communication and documentation skills

Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with other Informatica modules (Data Quality, MDM, etc.)

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

  • Previous experience in insurance or financial services environments
