Client Support Specialist / Radiology / PACS DICOM

A SaaS company based in Ardmore, PA is looking for someone to join their customer success team. In this role, you’ll work client post-sale to ensure product delivery and continuous support. They’re looking for someone with previous experience in radiology in a hospital, imaging, or technical capacity. Understanding of DICOM, PACS, and imaging informatics is a must have. The role is 5 days a week onsite in Ardmore. Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Radiology experience
• 2+ years of experience in customer facing role
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills
• Understanding of medical applications
