Facilities Coordinator
This company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities Department. The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities team and report directly to the Facilities Manager.
The company is located in Herndon, VA and will be 5 days on site a week.

This company is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Facilities Department. The Facilities Coordinator will assist the Facilities team and report directly to the Facilities Manager.

What You Will Be Doing:
Overall Office Appearance & Organization:
- Pay attention to detail to maintain a professional, clean, and organized office at all times.
- Keep all areas free of clutter, disorganization, and unnecessary/out-of-place items, boxes, or trash.
- Ensure the front reception desk remains clean and organized.
- Check the stock room daily to identify items with low inventory levels.
- All Kitchens:
- Tidy any mess.
- Stock beverages, coffee, soda, juices, etc.
- Stock condiments, paper products, and cups.
- Stock snacks.

- Stock printer paper.
- Stock printer cartridges.

- Stock supplies.
- Tidy and organize the area.
- Keep tidy between meetings or whenever possible when the room is not occupied.
- Engage IT immediately if technology issues arise.
Required Skills & Experience:
- BA or BS degree in business or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Highly organized, efficient, and extremely detail-oriented
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment while interacting with various seniority levels
- Capable of working independently and knowing when to seek assistance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and similar applications
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Position is 100% onsite
- Working hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or as needed
- Stocking kitchens
- Managing inventory of snacks and supplies
- Security badge management
- Excellent customer service skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to take ownership of assigned projects
