RedHat OpenShift Container Platform Engineer

A leading distribution and logistics company known for its high-performance operations is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in OpenShift containerization. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing containerized applications on Red Hat OpenShift. You will collaborate with architects and platform engineers to build, manage, and scale microservices within a Kubernetes-based environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of OpenShift administration, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native application development.


Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes container orchestration
• Strong expertise in deploying and managing microservices in OpenShift environments
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitOps tools (Argo CD, Tekton, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of container security, networking, and performance optimization

Desired Skills & Experience

• Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift Operators and Helm charts
• Exposure to observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace)
• Understanding of infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
