A growing SaaS shop here in Atlanta is experiencing a growth spurt! This company is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their team in a 6-month contract to hire position. This will be in their new high-rise office location nearby Perimeter Mall. This is a brand-new team, with lots of exciting projects coming up.
In this position, you will be helping mostly to scale their AWS infrastructure, help with automation efforts, and adding observability into their platform. They are looking for an AWS cloud foundation expert who can help with governance and support of AWS clients. You will also be scaling cloud operations with automation tools to help improve their DevOps workflows. Strong candidates will have a background with AWS, EKS, Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Datadog/Splunk.

Required Skills & Experience
- Senior skillset in a DevOps professional role (5+ YOE)
- Strong knowledge of AWS services
- Proven work experience in Cloud governance, IAM and Security
- Automation expertise with Terraform and Ansible
- Kubernetes abilities with EKS
- SLO Dashboarding and RCA usage with tools such as Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana or Splunk
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross functionally
- Comfortability working in-office hybrid
- AWS Solutions Architect certified
- Strong ability to problem solves and troubleshoot complex systems
- Prior scripting or coding experience in Python
