Business Analyst

• Position Title: Business Analyst
• Contract Duration: April 28, 2025 – July 27, 2025 (subject to change)
• Scope of Work:

• Own and manage the M2S product backlog, ensuring items are well defined and prioritized.

• Define and document business requirements for the in-flight .NET upgrade project.

• Participate in Scrum stand-up meetings as required to support team alignment.

• Provide clarification and ongoing support to developers and QA teams regarding requirements.

• Collaborate with M2S customers and ITL Customer Success Managers in recurring meetings to review support issues and gather new requirements.

• Partner with engineering to estimate billable work for new customer-requested features or change requests.

• Review and sign off on QA-tested tickets to approve release to production.

• Facilitate M2S knowledge sharing with new members of the Product team.
