AWS DevOps Engineer / Development / Dunwoody, GA

A growing startup local to Atlanta is scaling their DevOps department. They are hiring for a Senior DevOps engineer to work for them full-time and in their Dunwoody office 3 days per week. You will be the 2nd DevOps hire for their company, and a major missing piece of their puzzle.

This company creates software for data analytics within the ecommerce space. They need an engineer who can handle adding monitoring into their platform and are open on the tools used. Their infrastructure is fully on AWS, so they are looking for an engineer who can help them manage their cloud infrastructure, support CI/CD pipelines, and help with IAM need mainly.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of professional DevOps position
• Ability to manage CI/CD pipelines using Github Actions
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud
• Strong Terraform expertise
• Ability to develop code with JavaScript, Golang, or Python
• Experience in startup environments

Desired Skills & Experience

• BS in Computer Science
• Ability to commute to local Atlanta office weekly
• AWS Certifications
• Ability to support users and teams across org
