Required Skills & Experience Experience in Change Management for HR Tech Implementations.
- Proven track record supporting enterprise software rollouts, ideally Workday Peakon or similar tools (e.g., Qualtrics, Glint), with a focus on employee experience or engagement.
- Able to develop compelling, audience-specific messaging for diverse stakeholders (employees, people leaders, executives, HRBPs) and translate technical concepts into plain language.
- Skilled at producing high-impact performance support materials such as job aids, toolkits, quick reference guides, FAQs, and onboarding/training assets.
- Adept at understanding stakeholder needs and building messaging and resources that drive clarity, confidence, and adoption across varied roles.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment with evolving requirements, able to prioritize and deliver with minimal oversight while collaborating effectively across teams.
- Crafting tailored communications and positioning messages for various stakeholder groups
- Creating performance support materials (e.g., quick guides, FAQs, talking points)
- Contributing to training resources that enable stakeholder readiness and adoption
- Hands-on role focused on ensuring clarity, alignment, and engagement throughout the transition to continuous listening.
