\nABOUT THE ROLE TEAM

\nThe role supports SITA commercial teams in achieving business objectives while ensuring long-term customer satisfaction through consistent quality of service. Additionally the role maintains financial health by conducting analysis reporting and implementing cost optimization initiatives.

\nWHAT YOU WILL DO:

\nBid Support

\nDrive the proposal of SITA standard support solutions support model SLA etc. to ensure consistent and long-term quality of service and customer satisfaction.\nEngage with clients for non-standard operational requirements to understand needs and provide tailored proposals in collaboration with Service Support Architects.\nClearly identify and document risks and assumptions related to the identified support solution.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop accurate cost estimates and define contract schedules including SLAs and support models. Actively support the negotiation of contractual terms with customers.\nContribute to the preparation and submission of proposals ensuring they meet client requirements adhere to deadlines and comply with legal and organizational standards.\nTrack and analyze bid performance conduct post-bid reviews and maintain the bid support knowledge management database for continuous improvement.

\nFinancial Management

\nAnalyze financial data and trends to identify risks opportunities and areas for improvement providing actionable insights and recommendations.\nPrepare financial reports and collaborate with stakeholders to align on risks mitigation strategies and business objectives.

\nData Steward

\nMonitor data quality consistency and compliance on an ongoing basis.\nAct as a subject matter expert SME for data in their area answering queries and guiding usage.

\nTeam Leader supervision of activities

\nFoster a collaborative and productive team environment.\nAlign objectives and resources with the responsible people manager.\nAssign tasks based on individual strengths and workloads.\nCoach team-members.\nQualifications\nABOUT YOUR SKILLS

\n2-4 years of experience in customer success or technical support roles preferably in SaaS IT or service-based industries.\n5-6 years of experience in proposal management or bid management particularly in industries involving complex or tailored support solutions.\nDemonstrated experience in preparing client proposals conducting market research and collaborating across teams to develop support solutions.\n3-5 years of experience in financial analysis forecasting or strategic planning.\nProven ability to build and manage budgets analyze trends and deliver actionable financial insights.\n3-5 years of experience in leadership or supervisory roles with a focus on team development and resource planning.\nStrong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

\nEducation

\nA bachelors degree in business administration Computer Science Engineering or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.\nEquivalent work experience may substitute for formal education depending on the industry.

\nCertifications Optional/Preferred:

\nProject Management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2.\nFinancial certifications e.g. CFA CPA.\nITIL Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification minimum at Foundation level.
