We are seeking a talented and motivated React Developer to join a company’s dynamic development team. In this role, you'll be working on a sophisticated and high-impact application within the human resources/financial technology space. The application is designed to streamline and optimize critical business processes, focusing on providing users with powerful, intuitive tools for managing complex financial, payroll, and HR-related tasks.

In this hybrid contract role, you will have the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with cross-functional teams on building and maintaining a robust, high-performance application. This is a great opportunity for those who are passionate about creating exceptional user experiences while maintaining code quality and performance.

Contract Duration: 6 Months
Location: Hybrid role – Must be based in the United States (Relocation not supported)

Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in front-end development with a focus on React.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
  • Previous experience working in large-scale applications, particularly in financial or HR tech, is a plus.
  • Candidates must NOT require visa sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Candidates MUST reside in the United States; relocation is not supported.
