Sr. Developer - AI&ML

We are looking for a Sr. AI&ML Developer to join our team for a contract, hybrid in Atlanta, GA.

Contract Duration: 1 year

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of work experience in Software Engineering
• 3+ years of work/educational experience in Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning
• Expertise with GenAI technology stack, including frameworks for prompt engineering, guardrails for GenAI applications, and LLM fine-tuning

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycles and DevOps/DevSecOps
• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages including but not limited to: Python, R, Scala, Spark
• Development experience on AWS, AWS Sagemaker, AWS Gen AI stack including Bedrock, Guardrails and observability & monitoring required
• Experience with Agentic AI platforms and frameworks, MCP and A2A protocols
• Experience working with VectorDBs and other data infrastructure required to efficiently support Generative AI training pipelines and production applications
• Experience with one or more of the following: Natural Language Processing, sentiment analysis, classification, pattern recognition.
• Development experience with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, Microsoft CNTK, scikit, Keras.
• Experience with production-grade development, integration and support

What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities

• Provide technical thought-leadership and direction for AI solutions across a wide range of centralized and distributed environments across the Delta landscape.
• Partner with Architecture, Foundations, and Security teams to pave the way for Delta leverage industrialized design patterns
• Help to define, design and capture data required for measurement of each solution
• Document and communicate solutions with effective documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code
• Design, Develop, Monitor, and scale AI components, APIs, and loosely coupled applications and integrate these with highly available channels and systems
• Incorporate security standards, test-driven development, and pipeline deployment automation to achieve robust reliability and scale
