AWS DevOps Engineer / Atlanta / Hybrid

A company here in the heart of Atlanta, GA is looking to bring on a Senior DevOps engineer to help with the growth of their company in 2025. This position is full-time, where you will be working a hybrid schedule 3 days a week in the office.

This company specializes in creating a SaaS application that is utilized in their eCommerce platform. While they are looking to scale in their IT department, this opportunity is perfect for career and self-growth. You would be brought on as one of the first DevOps hire to help ensure scalability.

Your daily activities would include building out an AWS infrastructure, creating CI/CD pipelines from scratch using Jenkins, implementing IaC with Terraform, and managing said?? infrastructure. Later in the future they would like to implement AI and security aspects into their environment.

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of experience in the DevOps industry
• AWS cloud background (Azure and GCP is a plus)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Ability to commute to the Atlanta office 2-3 times weekly

Desire Skills & Experience

• Past working experience with an eCommerce platform
• BS in CS, Engineering, or related field
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in team setting
• Can build CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
