Job Description
to kick of the year, a local fintech firm in Atlanta is on track to double its capital and sales! They are looking for a Chief of Staff 
Required Skills & Experience
  • 4+
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures and policies to enhance organizational efficiency and productivity.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with vendors and partners
  • Review contacts for our business and provide analysis
  • Drafts and distributes statistical reports, analyses, and exhibits to company stakeholders and when required, to regulatory and government agencies.
  • Plan and implement short and long-term organizational strategies to maximize operational efficiency
  • Collaborates with all management staff to identify and deliver the required administrative support operations for the organization.
  • Demonstrated experience as a high-level project manager
  • Ensures the organization’s compliance with applicable health, building, zoning, and safety licensing and certification requirements.
  • Collaborates with other management staff to draft and implement an annual administrative budget.
  • Continually evaluate best industry practices in comparison to internal systems
  • Ability to travel to Buckhead in Atlanta, GA 3x/week
Desired Skills & Experience
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a fast-moving industry, preferably lending.
  • FP&A experience
  • Experience working with investors and board of directors
  • Proven experience as an adminstrative officer
  • Experience in operations management
  • Solid understanding of business functions (HR, finance etc.)
  • Knowledge of fiscal planning, budgeting and reporting
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. SEC)
  • Proficient in MS Office and databases
