Cloud Network Engineer / Atlanta / Hybrid

A company in the insurance space is looking to bring on some new engineers before the end of the year. They specialize in providing innovative life insurance and asset management to any. The team is looking to bring on a Cloud Engineer with a strong Networking background.

This position is hybrid two days a week in the Atlanta office. You will be working in the AWS environment but most also be familiar with and have worked with Azure. Other responsibilities include managing the network and utilizing firewalls and routers. You will be responsible for merging the network and infrastructure while managing it.

Required Skills & Experience

• Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS & Azure) is a priority
• Must have background experience with Fortinet – Firewalls and Routers
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud Engineering / Networking
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Can manage and maintain an entire environment

Desired Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of Nutanix
• Can work in a team setting and individually
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Previous experience with ActiveDirectory, and M365
• Understanding of Cisco ISE or NAC
