Mid-Level IT Support Engineer/Atlanta/Hybrid

Our team is partnered up with an established company, founded right here in Atlanta. They work in the Insurance company, providing affordable insurance to those who may not be able to afford standard insurance. Their platform has grown significantly over the last couple of decades, as they have been able to close the insurance gap for many families in need. As they grow, reliability from a systems standpoint becomes more and more important. To respond to this growth, they are looking to bring on a Mid-Level IT Support Engineer to come to their North Atlanta office 4x per week. 

This Mid-Level IT Support Engineer will be dealing with everything from user management, troubleshooting windows OS, escalation, as well as contributing to Cybersecurity efforts. Ideal applicants have at least 3 years of Experience with Windows/Office 365 suite, Active Directory, DNS, and live here in the Atlanta area. No sponsorship or C2C at this time.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ Years of experience with Office365/Windows OS
• Experience in a Helpdesk role
• Active Directory Experience
