Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years of experience designing enterprise-class solutions using OOP, design patterns, and service-oriented architecture
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies: C#, Azure DevOps, SQL Server, Visual Studio
- Full-stack design and development expertise, including API design and development
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Strong time management and communication skills
- A passion for clean, maintainable code
- Experience mentoring and leading development teams
- Familiarity with UML and solution frameworks
- Ability to promote collaboration and teamwork across an enterprise
