A large manufacturer in the construction industry is looking for a Helpdesk Engineer who can join them full-time in their Austell office daily. This position requires an individual fluent in both English and Spanish to help them manage their helpdesk portal.

You will be joining a tenured team and helping with troubleshooting for hardware and software support with Android phones, Tier 1-3 tickets for their helpdesk portal, and utilizing Windows 11 for desktop support. Required Skills & Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in a Helpdesk/IT Support role
  • Operating System Support (Windows 11)
  • Ticketing System Usage (ex. Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk)
  • Proficient written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
  • Troubleshooting Hardware & Software Issues (PCs, printers, Android mobile devices)

  • Must be local to Atlanta and able to work in-office daily

  • Ability to work on-call
  • Knowledge of Incident and Problem management
