Staff Software Engineer / AI / Onsite in Austin, TX

Our client is building an AI-powered digital employee that can perform entire job roles, not just tasks. We're an early-stage startup in Austin with a proven founding team, and we're creating a new category: the Autonomous Workforce Platform.
We're hiring a Software Engineer to help us build and scale this platform. You'll work across the stack (NodeJS, NestJS, Prisma, GCP), integrate LLMs like OpenAI and Gemini, and solve real-world problems in complex industries.

Contract Duration: 6 months contract to hire

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of experience with TypeScript, Nodejs, GCP
• Must have experience with Open AI / Claude
