Required Skills & Experience
· 7+ years of experience with Windows Server environments (2012/2016/2019/2022)
· Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting
· Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
· Proficiency in networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
· Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
· Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills

Desired Skills & Experience
· Exposure to Red Hat Enterprise Linux or CentOS
· Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
· Certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or VMware VCP
· Experience with automation tools like Ansible or SCCM
· Prior experience in a hybrid on-prem/cloud environment
