DevOps Manager

Job Description 

A financial firm is seeking a DevOps Manager with strong expertise in infrastructure and cloud systems. The role involves leading a cloud services group responsible for managing and evolving cloud infrastructure, promoting modern solutions, and defining best practices. This position requires hands-on experience with solution design, implementation, and automation, along with a deep understanding of infrastructure components across various architectures.

This will be a hybrid, on-site role in Beverly Hills!

Required Skills & Experience 

• 10+ years in IT infrastructure, with cloud team leadership

• Deep experience in Azure, including migrations and Landing Zones

• Skilled in Terraform, Ansible, PowerShell, and Python

• Proficient in identity management (AD, Azure AD, Okta) and OS management (Windows/Linux)

• Strong understanding of AKS, Git, networking, and cloud security

• Knowledgeable in hybrid architectures, disaster recovery, and data flow analysis

Desired Skills & Experience 

• Experience in finance industry

• Microsoft/ Azure certifications
  

What You Will Be Doing 

Daily Responsibilities: 

• Manage cloud engineering team and oversee infrastructure tools and operations

• Architect secure, multi-region Azure environments using DevOps and IaC

• Collaborate on modernizing legacy systems and cloud-first initiatives

• Automate Azure provisioning and deployments via Terraform/ARM and CI/CD

• Serve as a technical advisor, mentor, and escalation point

• Develop automation with PowerShell, Python, and scripting frameworks

• Enforce IAM, security hardening, and access controls across Azure

• Optimize infrastructure for cost, performance, and scalability

• Maintain technical documentation and lead agile team processes
