Credentialing Admin

Are you looking for a new hybrid contract job? We have an opening for a CSR to assist the credentialing team. Previous experience in provider offices, has good customer service skills and understands medical terminology are needed. If that is your skill set then send us your resume for immediate consideration. This position involves extensive oral and written communication with team and providers in a professional and timely manner. This position assists with research on participating agreements; and assists the team with enrollment application/quality reviews. T Applicants are required to take and pass the Typing and Basic Computer Literacy assessment.

Contract is 6 months +

Required Skills & Experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • PC Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Previous written and telephone correspondence experience preferred
  • High school diploma or GED


What You Will Be Doing

Daily Responsibilities
  • Assist with maintaining compliance of all regulatory and accrediting institutions
  • Assist with monitoring re-credentials and licenses
  • Assist team on renewal procedures
  • Participate in the development of internal credentialing processes
  • Keep records in licenses, credentials and insurance contracts
  • Release information to agencies and members of the public as required by law
