Systems Support Engineer IT/Windows/Mac/Network

This is an opportunity for a long-term contract – Systems Support Engineer. This role is onsite 5 days a week split between two locations: Cambridge and Fenway. You will be providing Tier 1 & Tier 2 frontline support as well as jumping into some server troubleshooting/administration and network troubleshooting/administration.

This company is an investment firm that helps stealth start-ups launch to “public” companies. They have a specialized field of focus, and you have a unique opportunity to support internal employees as well as systems and employees for these stealth companies. The expectation is to be dressed in business casual attire, be punctual, and onsite 5 days a week.
Contract Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ Years of Experience in a Systems Support Role (IT Focused)
• Jamf/Intune
• Tier 1 & 2 Desktop Support
• White Glove Support Experience
• Windows Server Administration Experience
• Cisco Routers & Switches
• Meraki

Desired Skills & Experience

• Bachelors in Information Technology or similar field of study
• Experience working for an Investment Company
