What You Will Be Doing:
- Lead the architecture, design, and deployment of BNY’s virtual meeting platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Cisco Webex, and Zoom.
- Oversee colleague experience platforms such as Appspace and TriplePlay, along with live event and streaming solutions.
- Conduct technical assessments and champion the adoption of emerging technologies to enhance virtual meetings and workplace collaboration.
- Provide advanced-level support for complex technical issues, acting as an escalation point when necessary.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leadership to deliver strategic insights and expert guidance on AV, intelligent workspace, and live production technologies.
- Maintain close partnerships with external vendors to evaluate and pilot innovative collaboration tools and platforms.
- Design advanced AV systems with a focus on intuitive usability and optimal colleague experience.
- Establish standards, best practices, and operational procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality experiences across all global BNY locations.
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in voice, video, and event technology within global enterprise environments.
- At least 5 years of experience managing and supporting video conferencing solutions, including Cisco UCM, Expressway, Webex, RoomOS, SIP, RTMP, and HLS.
- Solid foundational understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DHCP, routing, switching, multicast, firewalls, SSL certificates, encryption, proxy configurations, and QoS.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence, align stakeholders, and secure buy-in.
- Proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a practical, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
- Experience in financial services or other regulated industries is a plus.
- Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.
