Business Enterprise Solutions Manager/BOSTON LOCAL

A local utilities company in the Boston metro is seeking a business enterprise solutions manager to lead enterprise technology strategy and execution during a pivotal digital transformation. The ideal candidate has experience with Workday and Dynamics 365 integrations and has a technical background as well. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle, manage a team of product managers, and align technology initiatives with business goals. *This role is hybrid, 3 days a week in the Boston area*

Our client specializes in water, waste/energy management, energy consulting, and resource recovery. They have a great working environment and an overall astounding mission. Their goal is to bring on a new manager/director soon so they can get moving on their plans for the 2nd half of the year. 

Required Skills & Experience

•  10+ years in product management, 5+ in leadership roles.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies, product metrics, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience with Workday integrations is a must have

Desired Experience & Skills

• Familiarity with platforms like Workday, Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Exposure to AI, automation, and data analytics in a workplace setting
