Project Manager/Boston, MA/Workday Integrations

A large utilities company in metro Boston is seeking a project manager/director of product to lead enterprise technology strategy and execution during a pivotal digital transformation. This includes re-platforming their CRM, implementing an ERP, and building a data and AI roadmap. You’ll oversee the full product lifecycle, manage a team of product managers, and align technology initiatives with business goals.

Our client specializes in water, waste/energy management, energy consulting, and resource recovery. They have a great working environment and an overall astounding mission. They are looking to fill this position before Q3 or early into Q3.


Required Skills & Experience

•  10+ years in product management, 5+ in leadership roles.

• Proven success leading enterprise application strategy and teams.

• Strong collaboration, communication, and change management skills.

• Experience with agile methodologies, product metrics, and stakeholder engagement.

• Doing Integrations with Workday and Dynamics 365 is a must have

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience in consulting or professional services.

• Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, and tools like Jira and Confluence.

• Exposure to AI, automation, and data analytics in a workplace setting
