This is a full-time, remote opportunity (EST hours) to join a growing technology-forward organization supporting its East Coast operations. The team is looking for an IT support professional to provide front-line technical assistance and maintain smooth IT operations across multiple locations. Required Skills & Experience
· 1–3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role
· Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking concepts
· Experience with hardware setup, configuration, and support (laptops, desktops, mobile devices)
· Comfortable managing service tickets and prioritizing work in a structured environment
· Clear communication skills and a strong customer service mindset
Desired Skills & Experience
· Experience supporting VPN access and wireless connectivity
· Familiarity with imaging tools and device deployment workflows
· Understanding of software installation best practices and IT asset management
· Ability to support office hardware like printers, scanners, and conferencing equipment
