The Role:
They are looking for a Principal Frontend React Native Engineer to lead their growing team of six developers. This role is a unique blend of leadership and hands-on engineering, ideal for someone passionate about building scalable, user-centric platforms.

As a key technical leader, you’ll drive new feature development while ensuring the platform’s scalability and performance. Experience in Android and iOS is a significant plus, given the platform’s mobile-first focus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of 6 developers.
• Own the React Native platform architecture and development.
• Design and implement scalable features for a rapidly growing user base.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Stay ahead of mobile development trends and introduce best practices.

Location:
This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates able to work within EST time zones.
