This is a full- time opportunity to join one of the world’s top private equity firms located in Boston, MA. The product manager overseeing Data Platforms will participate at various levels in all technology related initiatives from inception to implementation and support.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proficiency in Tableau or Power BI for reporting and analytics (required).
  • SQL experience required. Snowflake and DBT experience preferred.
  • Experience designing, prototyping, testing, and training users in an agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with financial systems and terminology.
  • Understanding of technology architectures and concepts, including cloud computing, relational databases, data modeling, and system integration.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Experience with Workday or Anaplan a plus.
What You Will Be Doing
  • Provide ongoing evaluations of technology solutions and capabilities to ensure alignment with business objectives. Identify areas of risk while monitoring the current environment, potential improvement areas, and the financial implications of those decisions
  • Gather, validate, document, and facilitate implementation of business requirements for technology initiatives (includes business/data requirements, data flows, data modeling, workflow context and design, and user interface designs)
  • Lead and support user acceptance testing, system training, and related documentation.
  • Drive project leadership and uphold reporting and documentation standards.
  • Build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders across business and technical functions.
  • Balance production support responsibilities with ongoing project deliverables.

The Offer
  • There is a 20% annual bonus and in addition there is a lump sum 401K bonus of 14.3% including base and bonus combined
